Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After shipment, orders are typically delivered within:
- 2–4 business days within the United States.
Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time in USA is 3 to 6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Daily Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing on the same business day whenever possible.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Rates
TieTales charges a flat shipping fee of $25.00 USD per order.
- Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged item, defective product, or an error made by TieTales.
- Promotional shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly advertised on our website.

TieTales partners with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
Orders may be shipped using:

The carrier selected for your order will depend on destination, package size, and shipping availability.
International Shipping
Currently, TieTales primarily ships within the United States.

Order Adjustments

Changing the Shipping Address

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping address modifications may no longer be possible.
Tracking Your Order

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate.
If incorrect shipping details are provided:

- Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may require repayment of shipping costs before reshipment.
TieTales is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
To request a cancellation, contact customer support as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead be subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the package and damaged item(s).
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the damage
- Clear photos of the package and product
After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Sales Tax

Sales tax, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
